Returns

At OURY HOME, each piece is thoughtfully made in our Amsterdam atelier. We work in small batches and create many items to order, which allows us to offer a more personal and considered approach.

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at hello@oury-home.com with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Made-to-order items

• Custom-sized products

• Personalized or embroidered items

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oury-home.com, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
